FlashDen - Industry News - 21 Outstanding Flash Award NomineesFlash In The Can (FITC), now in its 8th year, is one of the most popular Flash and design conferences in the world. Predominantly aimed at Flash designers and developers, but also suitable for graphic and motion graphic designers, FITC has attracted over 10,000 attendees during its tour of nine cities and four countries. This year’s conference is in Toronto, Canada and will feature three whole days and nights of 80 informative and inspiring presentations from well-known Flash gurus from around the world including Lee Brimelow, Joshua Davis, Jens Fischer (firstbornmultimedia), Colin Moock, Grant Skinner, and Craig Swann (crashmedia). This year will also feature a free-to-attend job fair for the interactive industry, but best of all in my opinion is the FITC Award Show! The Award Show has become very popular because it recognizes and rewards creative, inspiring, and technical achievement in the field of Flash. This year’s candidates are no exception as we will see below.
